Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Chill for ease in handling. Roll out dough to 1/8" thickness on lightly floured surface. Cut with floured cookie cutters into desired shapes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake on a cookie sheet in preheated 350°F oven 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool. Marinating should be allowed to take place over 4-7 days. Remove meat from the marinade and place in pre-heated oven at 180°C with a small amount of water to prevent&lt;br /&gt;burning and sticking.&lt;br /&gt;Dook until done to your liking. Mix corn flour and water to make paste for gravy. Great for breakfast ! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;6 eggs&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cup milk&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cup flour&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 cup sugar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;butter&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INSTRUCTIONS&lt;br /&gt;Mix the milk, flour and sugar together. Beat until smooth. Heat a large non-stick skillet and melt a small amount of butter with it.&lt;br /&gt;Pour enough of the pancake batter onto the skillet to cover the whole pan in a thin layer. Once the edges start drying, it's time to flip. Use a large spatula for this. It doesn't take much time on the second side. Continue baking the rest of the pancakes like this.&lt;br /&gt;The pancakes do not fluff up like typical American-style pancakes.&lt;br /&gt;Top with your choice of applesauce, cinnamon sugar or syrup. Delicious !&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 16 oz small curd cottage cheese&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 1/2 cups sugar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 eggs, beaten&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 cup cornstarch&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 tablespoons lemon juice&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tablespoon vanilla extract&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 cup butter, melted&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;12 oz. sour cream&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;graham cracker crumbs (for crust)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INSTRUCTIONS&lt;br /&gt;Butter a 10 inch springform pan well. Dust bottoms and side with graham cracker crumbs liberally. In a food processor or in the bowl of an electric mixer using the paddle attachment, mix cottage cheese and cream cheese on slow speed until smooth. On high speed, gradually add sugar and eggs for just a few seconds. Turn speed to low. Add cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla extract and melted butter.&lt;br /&gt;Pour into prepared spingform pan.&lt;br /&gt;Bake at 325F until firm around the edges, about 60-70 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;Turn oven off. Allow cheesecake to remain in oven with door closed for 2 hours.&lt;br /&gt;Cool on wire rack. Remove from pan and store in refrigerator.
